She holds multiple degrees, including a BA in Merchandising, a BS in Natural Health, and an MS in Holistic Nutrition. Her advanced studies in Naturopathy, Herbalism, and Ayurvedic coaching have helped shape her integrative and deeply personalized approach to wellness.
