Why I Started “Possibilities” with Monique de Maio

As a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment, I’m excited to announce the launch of my newest endeavor: my podcast, Possibilities with Monique de Maio. The podcast offers inspiring and practical advice from real women (not superstars, super coaches, or supermodels) who have real lives, real families, and real careers–to help you design a life you love. 

Through conversations with these inspiring women, I’ll discuss topics that matter to women: leadership, career advancement, personal growth (in all of its forms!), empowerment, wellness, fitness, and nutrition. I’ll also share relatable personal experiences to help you find new ways to create the life you want.

For women, creating a life we love can be a challenging but rewarding journey. To make it easier, I’m launching this podcast to provide a supportive community of like-minded individuals. Through my conversations and stories, I’ll provide affirmation, inspiration, practical advice, tips, hacks, and a sense of community. 

My podcast isn’t just about conversations but provides a platform to empower and support you. I’ll have guests from various backgrounds and life experiences because all our stories matter. 

In addition to the podcast, I am also launching my much-anticipated book, The 7 Secrets to Creating a Life You Love: A Practical Guide for Women in Leadership. This book covers seven key areas that are essential for success and happiness, including stories from my personal experiences and tips and exercises. 

With both the book and podcast, I hope to offer a platform for real women to share their stories and experiences, build a community, and empower each other to make positive changes.
