A varied diet, rich in fresh, whole foods, can help reduce inflammation, alleviate symptoms, and minimize the risk of toxin buildup. Recently, most of Rosy’s clients have presented with digestive issues, often linked to inflammation. Addressing digestion and inflammation is a priority in her practice, as they are closely related and impact overall health.

Exercise and Mindfulness:

Physical activity is also essential for well-being, but it is crucial to find exercise that you enjoy and is suitable for your body. Whether it’s gardening, walking, yoga, or running, regular movement is vital for maintaining health. Additionally, practices like meditation and yoga can help foster a deeper connection with our bodies and promote mental well-being.
